Love Yourself This February
During the month of February, we often spend time thinking about taking care of our loved ones, but it is just as important to take care of ourselves as well. Self-love is just as significant as expressing love for friends, family, and romance. Here at Core Conditioning, we take pride in improving optimal body movement through physical therapy and other fitness/movement modalities. The importance of stability in the hips is directly related to a well-functioning pelvis which is key for all of our activities of daily living and particularly for gait. Let's take this month to "love and appreciate our hips" so enjoy our Move of the month to help strengthen your hips and core.
