Core is excited to introduce a new system that has been added to all Reformers in both of our locations. It has always been our vision to invest in the best state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to enhance our clients’ fitness and rehabilitation needs.
Konnector® enables full-body workouts by Konnecting arms and legs through a single rope system that will allow you to unlock the full potential of a reformer. Created by Viktor Uygan, Konnector® takes Pilates to a dynamic new level with independent and simultaneous movement of arms and legs. A single rope system engages the entire body (lift your legs, and you’ll feel it in your arms!), providing constant proprioceptive feedback and facilitating stronger core activation.

Food for thought - Whole30 nutrition experience
|

Your only job during the Whole30 is to eat Whole30-compatible foods. You don’t need to weigh or measure, count calories, restrict calories, or purchase everything organic or grass-fed. Your only job is to stick to the Whole30 rules for 30 straight days.

At our Master Instructor Summit we were introduced to Inner Matrix Method with our colleague Lindy Royer. We have recently participated in a 12 week journey with other Master Instructors and love the concept of re-training the brain for mental well being - and we both felt a positive shift and look forward to sharing that with you.
The IM Method is a powerful synthesis of the art of mindfulness and the science of neurobiology, employing intensity in concert with consistency to rewire, train and align the nervous system, emotions and thought strategies so you can create the life you choose. IMS programs and training are not based on a one-off experience, or reliance on an individual, but a process designed to create self-reliance in your growth.

Lindy is a Balanced Body Master Instructor and like us, shares a background in Physical Therapy. With over 40 years of experience in the world of PT and movement, Lindy appreciates the benefits of having a training system for all aspects of life, and when she was introduced to Inner Matrix Systems over 7 years ago, Lindy immediately knew she’d found an accessible way to train the inner game.
In the past 7 years, Lindy has experienced significant transformation in her relationships, health and career, and is passionate about sharing this work with others who know more is possible for themselves but are not sure how to make it happen.
Lindy has graciously offered a free 1 hour one-on-one to the first 10 people who sign up.
